Finallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

READ THE TITLE. It means that we're finally done with our animatics. Thanks God for that.

Reached Jake's house at 5 or 6 pm with yet another throbbing headache. Must be the lack of sleep or whatever. But anyway, today work progress was super good. We finished up all the animatics, and I put in all the audio pieces and the whole video had the FEELING now.

Rendered it as a .avi file instead of a .mov file this time around. The video probably will not and SHOULD not screw up this time. And the DVD had better NOT screw up.

We've prepared the thing that required the most work, the ANIMATICS. We all feel a sense of achievement, I'm sure.

Tomorrow we have to do:
- Final touches to powerpoint
- printing of mood boards
- burning of CD
- printing of poster
- printing of booklet

And we definitely have to rehearse. All the best to us! And to CodeRed Productions guys, meaning the group, I'm still proud of all our work. All of it matters to me, your pain, your fatigue, and all the suffering we've put up with. Thank you guys. Whatever the outcome, let's keep smiling and move on.

Working on a weekend...

Met everyone in school today to get more work done. Finally, I get to do some audio. I really like doing audio, and doing the audio really adds life into our animatics.

Overall, the animatics has improved I guess, but there's still more to be done before it can be considered satisfactory.

Did work in school with a bad throbbing headache until about 6pm. Everyone had left by then to do other work. Staying in the 3D lab alone is creepy by the way, especially when there are strange noises. ):

Alright! I'm going over to Jake's tomorrow after church to do more audio work. I've only done the audio for the first half of the video so there's still more more more!!!!

Starting again.

We decided to get some rest last night and I think we're beginning to feel a lot better now.

Currently, we're very tied up with out other module and can't really meet up, but will be discussing over MSN on what to do. Really gotta work hard. I don't want to fail this module. ):

Sigh.

I feel really lousy. All the work we have been doing for the past week has gone down the drain in just under 15 minutes.

Up until the last minute, everybody was doing work. We couldn't finish on time. My audio could not be put in. And that just means all my effort went to waste as well. And I practically did nothing.

I feel really rotten inside because I feel sad for my group members who really did a lot for this project.

No point brooding about it anymore right? I'm really glad for the second chance. We will do our very best. Hontou ni.

But right now I just really want my group members to have a good rest. We'll be meeting again tomorrow to work on everything again.

Thanks Ronald. And sorry. We will try harder.

One more day and it's OVER!

It's Tuesday and tomorrow is submission and presentation. We are really really tired. The rest have been drawing on the computer the whole day. I bet they'll all get finger cramps by the end of this block. I think the other guys need motivation! So that's what I'll do.

We went over to Jake's house after school today to do work. I managed to find all the audio to put into the Animatics video. Hopefully by tomorrow the Animatics would have been completed, and then I can start putting the audio pieces together to make the video better.

Have also prepared for the presentation. I'm quite ready!

I'm really rooting for all the group members. They have given so much of their time and energy into doing the Animatics. I hope all goes well tomorrow!

Monday blues.

I didn't do much over the weekend. Yesterday the group members went to Jake's house to do work. Apparently they had stayed up all night long. I didn't manage to go to his house because I had other commitments.

Because we wanted equal work distribution, I was immediately given the task of looking for audio and presenting. I don't mind either. The audio can be found online, which is a good thing, because we do not have time for recording.

One thing about my group is that we are quite impromptu. We have just decided to go to stay over at Jeremy's house to do work. I'll be going over once I am done with my other work.

Weekend is HERE.

We had our photoshooting session today. It was quite fun but yet, frustrating at the same time. We could not find the right angles at times.

The reason why we did the photoshoot is that we needed some reference for our drawings.

We will all be splitting up the work equally, each of us doing a few frames. Hopefully I will know which frames I will be doing by tomorrow.

Ooh Day Two!

It's day two!

Today Jake showed us a video clip of some Animatics. It looks really awesome and we are thinking of using that idea. But I think it will take quite a bit of work. But we can get it done!

Oh and Jake gave us a schedule with a plan on what to do over week till submission.

We also decided to go with Jake's story idea as it seems more interesting rather than the given story.

Dayy One

Today we got to know who was in our groups. I feel kinda scared because I'm not too sure of the abilities of the group members. But I think it will all work out.

Jake has some ideas on how he wants to do the Animatics. So tomorrow we'll be meeting to decide on the storyboard and decide on the frames from each person to use.
